Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you provide equipment for your activities?

    We have a very limited amount of equipment. If we cannot provide it for you, we partner up with local sponsors who can!

  • Can we bring our own equipment?

    Yes you can! However, we are not liable if you bring your own gear.

  • Do you take walk-ons?

    Yes but we do charge an extra fee that helps us with additional equipment.

  • Are there any requirements for the activities?

    Anyone is welcome! However we do require that those joining under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Waivers also must be signed by ALL participants to ensure that they understand our safety precautions and how to

    correctly use all gear.

  • What is your cancellation/refund policy?

    A. For our local adventures we do not offer refunds to those who do not show up to an event without notifying us beforehand. Depending on how far out in advance you cancel, we may honor a cancellation. However a small percentage may be deducted depending on how close the cancellation is to the date.

    B. For our international adventures 20% of the total tour cost is forfeited for cancellations made 60 days or more before departure. 100% of total tour cost is forfeited 59 days or fewer days before departure.
